SPRING SCHOOL

Why not make some fun memories during your school's spring break by learning something new and different from what you normally do at school? At New Horizon's Spring School, you will be immersed in English for long periods of time, and will have the opportunity to play games, do crafts, and even do independent projects just like you would in a Western school.

CHARACTERISTICS

Features

Flexible participation times

Early morning and extended care are available. Early morning care starts at 8am and can be extended until 6:30pm!

You can also choose between half-day and full-day options, and apply for periods ranging from one day to three weeks .

Small teacher-to-student ratio

Students are divided into classes according to their years of English study and age (combined classes in the afternoon). Each class has a maximum of 6-8 students. There are two homeroom teachers, and the number of assistant teachers will be adjusted depending on the number of participants on the day.

Project Time

In addition to receiving instructions from teachers, there are many assignments that require students to research and consider things on their own, and problems with multiple possible answers are provided. Rather than simply memorizing, the school takes an approach that respects students' autonomy and initiative, and values their curiosity about learning.

Extracurricular Activities

In addition to indoor lessons, a variety of outdoor activities are planned. During this special time, children are given the opportunity to not only learn through their studies, but also to learn through experience, as well as to gain new environments and experiences. Playtime is included in the park, and it is expected that children will build close relationships and friendships through activities in nature.
